Introduce a bill in congress to make anyone who works on electronics in a professional capacity or who earns more than 5% of their income from same, a federally mandated reporter of any child abuse or child pornography they should happen to find on any device they work on.
i.e. desktop computers, laptop computers, peripheral devices that connect to any computer, cameras, cell phones, DVR devices, video cameras, external hard drives, USB drives, DVDs, CD,s ect.
