This Petition is designed to create better position for our young Teens and Young Adults under 21 and hold them to better decission making process if they are engaging to produce a child out side of marriage.A law should apply to insure that if a Teen lives at home, both parents; of both parties will have to go before the court, before the child is born and pay a fine of $1000 to the city. The court will set DNA, lagitimacy and visitation rights. Teens must also complete a parenting class, and will share in paying a amount in Child Support and the agency will set up a Bank Account in the Childs name and 10% percentage of the Child Support Money invested for Education until he or she is of age and has completed 1year of college the money can not be withdrawn by either parent only the Court.
