Teenagers should be heard over the topic of government

Teenagers are people too, so why aren't they heard about the topic of government? Could they possibly vote? Although many people consider teenagers (ages 13-17) not to be serious with this kind of power for multiple reasons, there are some of them out there who have many bright ideas. Many teenagers have interest in government and they might possibly grow up to be a part of it. I personally know a teen at the age of fourteen who had a strong argument on the 2016 presidential election. I believe that if teens don't have the ability to vote, they should at least be able to be heard on the topic. It would do the world some good if teenagers could at least provide other adults with their opinion. -DI JMS
