Telephone & Telecom Companies must take full responsibity for the use of their systems for Robo- and Prerecorded Calls.

Our privacy is being violated by Robo-, Precorded, and Automated Marketing or Donation oriented telephone calls.
Telephone and Telecom Companies should bear the responsibility of protecting their customers privacy, as well as specifically providing that customer with the Name and Address of the RoboCall Company who is invading the customers privacy, if so requested.
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) includes telephone numbers.
If a customer chooses to not publish that information, and the customer has registered with the DoNotCall registry, the Telephone Service Provider should be held legally responsible, to INCLUDE financial compensation to the customer for harrassment by Robo-, Prerecorded, or Auto-Calls that come in after registration in the National Do Not Call Registry.
