Tell the American people more about the "secret court" which recently ruled it's "ok" to spy on American citizens.

It is not constitutional to hold secret hearings in a so called "top secret court" approving government spying on average American citizens. It is in direct violation of the 4th and 5th Amendment in the Bill of Rights.
