Tell the cities of San Diego, Los Angeles, and West Hollywood that they are draining the pocketbooks of its citizens with too many parking regulations, fines, and their unfair appeals process. The cities need to re-examine their parking ordinances as well as streamline the process in which appeals are handled.
The citizens of these cities are fed up with being nickled-and-dimed from overzealous parking enforcement officers and parking regulations that just don't make sense.
