We the people want to know why we can not have Election Day be treated like every other patriotic holiday. Is the U.S. government honestly telling its citizens that Columbus Day and Labor Day are more important than Election Day?
Isn't it time to make Election Day a national holiday? If the Federal government doesn't feel it would be a good idea, how about we combined Election Day with Veterans Day and make one of the most Patriotic holidays the world has ever seen?
