Instead of repealing Dodd Frank the bill should be reformed. Rather than a federal regulation it should be a regulatory policy that is fair, transparent, and predictable which should be up to the states and local communities. Dodd Frank is 100 pages long which is way too much. The law should be a states rights and a local regulatory policy. This bill should be only one page long and as simple as the ten commandments in the bible. We need some regulations on banks but at the local level. The rules should state, "Banks can only loan to small businesses hiring, expanding, and growing not big corporations earning million and billion dollars a year in corporate earners. Loans can be used for home morgages only and to buy a car. Loans cannot be used to buy furniture, go on vacation, etc.
