Tell congress to write and sign a bill called Human Disabilites and Womens Health Act.

Congress should write and sign a bill that will allow people with disabilities and women who want to get mamograms for cancer screen to have acess to healthcare. This will be up to the states. The states can opt out of this legislation but for those who earn less than 20 grand a year and cannot afford healthcare for screenings and treatment for those with disabilities will be allowed to purchase more affordable healthcare sudstidies across state lines. Some states because of a more tight budget have cut off acess to federal funds for healthcare for womens health and those with disabilities. This bill called The Human Disabilites and Womens Health Act will not violates states or individual rights but let women and those with disability even our seniors plus veterans have access.
