The Small Business Manufactoring Bank Morgage Loan Act falls under my other proposal called The Dodd Frank Reform Act which doesn't repeal Dodd Frank but reforms it to state and local regulatory policies that are as transparent as one page and the ten commandments in the bible. This will not effect states rights. It will be up to local legislators. Neighborhood banks by this law with the voters approval locally will be allowed to give business loans to small businesses creating manufactoring jobs, hiring more people, expanding, and growing. Not only do we need tax reform, regulatory reform, energy independance, free trade with lower energy prices, lower taxes, and less regulations to bring back manufactoring jobs but I urge local banks to give loans to businessmen creating factory jobs
