Tell congress to write and sign a new law that provides incentive for equal pay regardless of race and sexualorientation

I propose a bill that would protect civil rights of all individual humanbeings regardless of sexual orienation and race. Thomas Jefferson once quoted, "Our rights come from our creator God. All men and women are created equal." This bill is called The Equal Opportunity and Indivudal Right To Prosper Act. This law decided by the state and local legislators would provide incentive for companies to pay higher salaries and wages to all indivual humanbeings employed regardless of sexual orientation or race. Women will have more and just as much take home pay as men including legal immigrants. This bill does assure the repsonbility that Washington keeps our borders safe and secure but protects civil rights of legal immigrants by allowing them to come and work but come legally with same pay
