Internet neutrality will treat it just like your other utilities with all of the associated fees and taxes. Would provide no incentive for internet providers to deliver high speed service and necessary upgrades. Some providers may even go out of business. Finally it would eliminate thousands if not millions of jobs.
Please research this and discover the real implications of internet neutrality. It may look good to the individual but has severe problems associated with it.
