Tell Forever 21 to stop forced child labor in the cotton fields

Created by M.C. on November 16, 2015

This petition is for the Obama Administration to make an effort to stop forced child labor in Uzbekistan by the clothing company Forever 21. There is an estimated 211 million children between the ages of 5 and 14 who are forced to work around the world. These children work in cotton and coffee fields and in mines to produce goods that are traded to the United States and other developing countries. These children are forced out of school to work. They have very little hope in escaping poverty. I'm starting this petition on behalf of the International Labor Rights Forum which is an organization dedicated to achieving just and humane treatment for workers worldwide. This petition is made in hopes that we can change the way these children are growing up.
