House Bill 308 in Texas, otherwise known as the "Merry Christmas Bill" violates the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment which is enforced by the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. It brings religion into public schools, which isn't constitutional. This law was signed by Governor Perry and needs to be repealed immediately.
