Tell the IRS to refund all income tax from DC residents until they have equal Congressional representation.

Unlike their compatriots in the 50 States, residents of the District of Columbia do not have equal representation in Congress, despite paying equal federal income taxes. The District of Columbia has one non-voting representative, the same as the territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands. Residents of these territories pay no federal income tax. Until Congressional representation for residents of the District of Colombia is achieved - whether through statehood, retrocession, compact with Maryland, etc - the Administration should instruct the IRS to fully refund all income taxes collected from DC residents.
