The NCAA ruled that if the Sioux tribes in the state of North Dakota agreed on the use of theFighting Sioux logo and nickname by the University Of North Dakota that the University could keep it without sanctions against them. This was agreed on by both tribes but one tribe agreed on it back in the 1960s in a ceremony. The NCAA would not accept that and it is taking away the rights and beliefs of the Sioux Indians. Its time for something bigger to happen and let everyone keep there rights!!!
