Many think guns are a problem, the problem is the mentally unstable people who use a gun to commit a crime. As a nation we need to help those who can't help them selves, we leave these people behind they are our responsibly to take care of, let's change the laws that let the mentally unstable out of the justice system by claiming they are "MENTALLY UNFIT".
