The rewrite or abolishing of the 13Th Amendment of the Constitution which is still being utilized to create a riff in the equality of justice for all mankind. Whereby ,using it's giving political power to create modern day slavery within this nation's penal systems.
Delegating abuse of power within judicial criteria , preying upon social unawareness. As written the 13Th Amend. within the hands of it's prejudicial overseers , has created a burden of financial burden upon a blinded society.
