President Barack Obama should go to congress in the negotiation of signing a waiver from all fifty states to repeal, nullyfy, and defund Obamacare not replace it. This healthcare law is a regulatory law that will hurt small businesses and violates individual rights and liberties with the individual mandate and the new taxes to fund the bill.
