Congress has the power to stand up to President Obama , and tell him to Back off from the threats of war with Russia. Wikileaks has already said that the emails did not come from Russia , and he needs to stop the accusations that Russia had anything to do with it. It appears that he is trying to cover up his own involvement in the corruption with the Clinton's.
