Inform Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell that if the Republicans do not hold hearings and take an up or down vote on the confirmation of Judge Merrick Garland for US Supreme Court Justice, and a Democrat is elected President in November, Obama will withdraw the nomination and let the new Democratic president choose a new nominee who may be much more liberal than Obama's nominee. Republicans will not have the option of making a "lame duck" congress confirmation for Supreme Court Justice should the Republicans lose in order to avoid an almost certain more liberal nominee from President Sanders or Clinton. The Republican's best choice is to confirm moderate Judge Garland now or face a much more liberal nomination when they lose.
