I would like the obama administration to tell the Russian Federation Government to stop poisoning the Cats And Dogs in Sochi and have the Russian Federation Goverment build a large Animal Shelter for Cats And Dogs in Sochi and direct the Russian Federation to lower costs for spray and nuertering animals in the Russian Federation
