* It offers suggestions for fixing the "treatment gap" that leads too many to go without the resources they need to combat addiction.
* It asks public health officials to adopt an evidence-based approach to treatment and recovery that will help save lives.
This report could fundamentally change the way we treat addiction in the U.S., and we need to give it our full support.
