Tell the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to drop the charges against Intrade.com.

Tell the CFTC (Commodity Futures Trading Commission) to drop the suit against Intrade.com.

Intrade applied for a license as a US commodities exchange, but were denied. NADEX, an already licensed commodities exchange was similarly denied the legal right to trade political futures although they legally already had the right to broker commodities which the 2005 and recent suit against Intrade claims political futures are.

Additionally, a New York court recently ruled that poker was not gambling since skill outweighs chance in determining winners. It is not a game of chance.

Similarly, political futures is not "gaming," despite what David Meister says.

Pollsters make more money if they are accurate in their forecasts, so why shouldn't the average US citizen be allowed to do the same?
