We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Tell the U.S. Justice Department to take action on the issue of unarmed Americans being murdered by law enforcement.

Created by M.T. on September 23, 2016

With the number of deaths associated with law enforcement personnel increasing at alarming rates, We the People of the United States of America ask the Federal Government, and the U.S. Justice Department to take action on this epidemic immediately. In 2016 alone, U.S. law enforcement personnel are responsible for 791 fatalities. In 2015 the total number of deaths was 1146. Analysis of the data has shown that minorities make up an extremely large percentage of those who were killed by law enforcement personnel. In the month of September alone so far, 65 men, women, and children have lost their lives at the hands of a police officer. These deaths have sparked community outrage around the country and many cities are facing civil unrest; The government must act on this issue, and quickly.
