It is clear as an educated citizen of the United States of America that the Drug Enforcement Agency follows no clear guidelines for scheduling Narcotics. It is absurd to allow men and women to smoke cigarettes, responsible for 443,000 deaths on average yearly or drink alcohol, responsible for 75,000 deaths on average yearly, if the DEA's goal is to reduce drug related deaths. Having said that we all appreciate our freedom to choose and it is in that freedom that we petition the government to Remove Marijuana from the Schedule I narcotics list as it is responsible for 0 Deaths alone. We do recognize that using drugs is dangerous and while many of us choose not to we believe it is our choice as Free Men and Women to make that choice. Furthermor We wish for the DEA to have a more clear motive
