temp close down a state work crew till they take care of the matter of injuerying a driver and clearing up the damage

i am starting a petition as i have been injured by our state work crew and as they after 7 years wish to hide behind a rock as i am under able to find a good paying job as i have damage and as i made some contact with MR OBAMA SENATORS AND GOV. JERRY BROWN but no help i am asking for temp. close down CALTRANS till they clear up the matter thank you i can read e mails but i do not have the skills to send back but i can write
