Congress has become dysfunctional and no longer has the ability to perform its constitutionally mandated duties. This petition is for the President to temporarily suspend Congress for the purpose of reforming the Congressional branch. This should be for six months or until requested by at least 50% of Congress, 100% of the Supreme Court, and 100% of State Governors.
The President will enact Congressional reform laws, including:
(1) Congress shall not be paid when the nation is without a budget.
(2) Restricting the influence of lobbyists.
(3) Replacing (firing) specific members of congress who fail to perform their jobs. (I recommend starting with Harry Reid.)
(4) Temporarily replacing up to 25% of Congress with State Governors and/or High School Seniors who have a 3.5 GPA or higher.
