Temrinated from employment because of Disability

I was Terminated from my Employment with the Larry H. Miller group of companies in Sandy Utah, because of a Disability with my left shoulder. I was told by my Manager BJ.Kiel that do to previous shoulder injury. An pending shoulder surgery that he was terminating my employment. The reason he gave for my termination was because. He felt when I returned to work even after Physical therapy I would not be able to do my job as a Public Safety Officer. I had had my first operation an returned to work with no restrictions. When I retuned my employer had no problems with my work. when I was injured a second time with a identical injury. My Manager cut my hours of work from 40 hours to 16 to try to make me quit. In closing I was terminated from my employment of 8 years do to my disability.
