The Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution states: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

We the undersigned demand that the Obama administration immediately declare void all Bills and Executive orders that infringe on the powers of the Sovereign States. We also demand that the Obama Administration will NOT authorize the use of force on the people or government of any State which chooses to peacefully leave the Union.
