In General, We the people of the United States of America would like to enact legislation that limits terms of senators and congress members to two terms just as the President.
1.a. Two (2) term maximum for all Senators and Representatives.
1.b. One (1) term limit if at any time the GDP growth is below 4%. This will bar re-election for any Senator or Congress member that is at any point involved in a year with a GDP lower that 4%.
1.c. One (1) term limit if at any time a budget is not agreed upon. This stipulation is enacted to bring new attitudes and mentalities and thinking into the decision making process due to a halt in the process.
2.a. Any bill or act that limits the People's Constitutional rights will result in immediate impeachment trial for all parties involved.
