We respectfully submit that our government is broken and our leaders have not been able to fix it.
By placing term limits on our Senate and Congress we have the possibility of eliminating the "good ol boys" club with elected officials that truly want to serve the public and not their own agenda.
While in office they should be subject to the same heath plans available to the American people.
When they have reached their term limit they should be given a reasonable severance package not to exceed 6 months while they re-adjust to the private sector.
There should NOT be retirement plans which the American people have to pay for.
If we eliminate their entitlement programs and restrict their terms we may have a chance to have representatives who represent the people.
