Term limit for Senators and Congress members be limited to two terms. Each term to consist of two years each.

Put term limits on the Senate and Congress. Each member will only be able to serve two terms. Each term consisting of two years. Also put a salary cap in place of $75,000 a year, insurance coverage only while the member is in office and do away with retirement benefits. Once the member leaves office they lose ALL political benefits. Out of office , out of money, out of benefits. No members of Congress or the Senate will be grandfathered in. Once thier term is up, it is over. Half of each house will be up for election every two years. Term limits and doing away with retiremnet benefits would save this country a ton of money.
