Apply term limits to US Senate, US House and Supreme Court Justices. 10 (2x5) years for Senate, 6 (3x2) years for House and 12 (2x6) years for Supreme court. No Supreme Court Justice or Senate/House member shall collect a pension unless he/she serves a complete single term (5,3,6). Senate pay $125,000, House pay $135,000 and Supreme Court pay $130,000. Pension total base amount vested will not exceed 1.5 x the salary above. For every day a US Senator or US House member is absent from the required days(112 in 2012), the salary is permanently reduced $100.00 per day and the pension is permanently reduced $300.00 per day. No exception except for death of immediate family. No elected member shall be allowed to accept or spend more than $1,000,000 from any source on a single campaign.
