Congress men and women spend 90% of their time fund raising for their next campaign and the other 10% they spend figuring out how they should vote on a particular issue which will give them the best chance of winning the next election . Their votes and interests do not reflect the american public's best interests. One term would ensure they stay focused on doing what they were sent there to do and nothing else.
