Term Limits for ALL Congressional seats, Maximum of 8 years

Implement permanent term limits for all members of congress (House of Representatives and Senate). No member of congress shall serve more than two, four year terms just like the president of the United States. As part of the term limits, members of congress shall not be eligible for a retirement or health coverage once their term has ended. Health coverage will be extended through to the second four year term only if re-elected.
