All Elected officials should be limited on the number of times they can run for office. House members should be limited to 3 terms and Senate members should be limited to only 2 terms. There should also be a limit on the amount of soft money accepted during election cycles ($50,000) max. This would allow for others to run and have a chance to gain leadership.
As many small business owners have worked for years to build their business, so should elected officials.Their pay should be minimum wage, with no perks of insurance or retirement.
