Members of the U.S. House of Representatives shall be elected for a term of four years.
Members of the U.S. House of Representatives shall serve only two terms in office for a period of eight years or ten years if the Representative fills a vacancy.
One half of the U.S. House of Representatives shall be elected every two years.
Members of the U.S. Senate shall be elected for a term of four years.
Members of the U.S. Senate shall serve only two terms in office for a period of eight years or ten years if the senator fills a vacancy.

Supreme Court Justices shall serve nine years in office.
The Supreme Court Justice serving his or hers ninth year in office shall be the Chief Justice.
All other Justices shall serve for six years.
