Term limits on all members of government to two terms. No member of the House or Senate to serve over two terms.

Senators and Congressmen are spending too much time in Washington D.C. and getting nothing accomplished. If they know going in that they only get to serve two terms, maybe they will get more done? Also a salary cap needs to be imposed on Senators and Congressmen equal to that of the average American wage earner, which is on the average $50,000.00! Their healthcare should fall under the Obama care law which they passed for the American public!
