Term Limits for all Senators and State Representatives

Set term limits for the United States Congress in order to aid in eliminating big money from influencing policy. It should allow for a national vote to allow american citizens to decide the matter & must be done on a national & not state vote because, each state would fear setting term limits because they would lose equality to the states that don't set term limits allowing them to always have the senior congressman. Congress will never vote to set term limits because they would lose power, money, influence & job security. The Senate should be limited to no more than 2 consecutive 6 yr terms & the House of Representatives to no more than 6 consecutive 2 yr terms or 4 consecutive 3 yr terms. Congressional term limits should be revisited on the ballot of every presidential election.
