Term limits to all US Representatives to four years and a salary cap imposed in 2013 with no self imposed raises. No more voting on salary raises by themselves without the vote of US citizens approval. When leaving office their salary will not continue until they die. Their retirement funding will be determined by the number of times they were present during voting sessions and the number of days actively worked during the calendar year and be limited to $40,000.00 a year with no cost of living increases. If they die the spouse will receive $10,000.00 a year, one fourth of the representative's retirement. No Government housing or perks will be included in this retirement.
