Senate 2-4 year terms
House 2- 3 year term
Supreme Court 1-10 year term.
Funding is derivied from legal citizens only who have paid US taxes. Only citizens can contribute no PACs, no corps, no non-profits. Contributions can be no more than $1000.00 per legal citizen. Amounts can be spread to any number of candidates and can only contribute once per campaign year. All contributions will be public knowlwdge no later than 5 working days after contribution is made. Contributions can be made up 7 days prior to actual voting takes place after which no contributions can be made.
