TERM LIMITS. Being a member of Congress is an important duty. They don't deserve pensions.They sit on their butts daily.

2 term limit for all senate seats, 4 term limit for House Representatives. No pay until nonpartisan bickering stop and fiscal cliff averted immediately. As a civil service member, pay should be cut in half, and rest shall be diverted to paying off the deficit. Health care benefits, and the rest of the free "items" Congress members get, shall be cancelled immediately and only be given if laws are passed immediately for the sake of the American people.
