Term limits on both the Senate and House. Place them on Social Security. Eliminate their taxpayer pensions. No Raises.

We, the undersigned, call on the President of the United States to have a referendum added to the next national elections asking voters if they support limiting both the Senate and the House to two terms with no pensions to be funded by we the people. They need to be placed on Social Security. We the people agree to pay for half of the total contributions to Social Security and them to contribute the other half from their salaries.
And finally, have them contribute to their health insurance programs as we the people do.
