Term limits for both Senate and House of Representatives

Begin legislation, constitutional amendment or other appropriate means to limit the Senate term limits to two 4 year terms and the House of Representative the to four 2 year terms. A senator or representative must be out of office for as long as they were in office before they may be allowed to re-run for office of any kind. The salary increases of both houses of congress shall be tied to the same process as that of the social security administration.
