The legislative branch of government, like the executive, should have term limits for it's members. George Washington set the example for elective members of government and founders of the country did not intend for any elected official to have a full time job in our government. It was to be a duty to serve the people for a short time and return to your private life. It may be necessary to have an amendment to the constitution to make it happen, but it is something that is necessary to free this country from the rich and powerful and return it to a government of the people, by the people and for the people.
