Term limits for Congress.

Created by J.L. on April 13, 2015

I support a constitutional amendment to place a limit on the number of terms a member of the House of Representatives or a Senator may serve. A Senator may serve no more than 12 years and a Representative may serve no more than 8 years. The years served in one House of Congress will not count towards the other, so a member my serve both 8 years in the House of Representatives and 12 years in the Senate.
