TERM LIMITS
President 8 years- no change
Senate- 12 years maximum 2-6 year terms (voting occurs during odd years, terms do not have to be consecutive)
House- 8 years maximun 4-2 year terms (voting occurs during even years, terms do not have to be consecutive)
Supreme Court- 1-10 years maximum
CAMPAIGN FINANCING
Maximum of 1 million dollars spent per term, per legislative district on any single candidate. Money derived through federal funding via surcharge of $1 per year per eligible voter. No other money of any kind including personal money or PAC money can be spent on any specific candidate or issue.
