Term limits for congress (both houses). Legislators should not serve "for life."

Allowing legislators to remain in office more than one or two terms does not allow for new ideas and viewpoints. The Legislative branch of the government was not meant to be a life-time career for elected officials. We the people need to have our voices heard. We need to break the cycle of the present "do-nothing" Congress and the back-scratching of the current system.
