Call a constitutional convention for the sole purpose of making an amendment to the Constitution to limit the terms of office of Senators and Congressmen.
Senators would be limited to 2 terms in the Senate whether consecutive or not.
Members of Congress would be limited to 4 terms in the House whether consecutive or not.
No individual can be a member of Congress for more than the allowed combined terms of a Senator and a member of Congress.
